SturbridgeCountry Rag Rug in Denim 24" x 72"

I ordered this runner to capture dirt from the dirty feet of people and dogs as they enter from the backyard. I wanted something washable and tough, with a rough surface...but I also wanted something that would match my decor. I love the blends of colors; it is represented accurately in picture (be sure to zoom image) with predominantly dusty blues, but it also has grays, black, some burgundy and a tiny bit of occasional orange woven through the rug. It is recommended to be professionally cleaned or spot cleaned...and to have a rug pad. However, I machine washed it twice when I received the package; I didn't want the color to bleed. I also wanted to immediately know if it could stand up to two heavy machine washes before purchasing more. No shredding in my washer... no obvious immediate fading... and I hung dry. It seems to be well made and tough. I am very pleased and plan to buy more.

Beautiful blues--nice quality. Looks great in the laundry room. Less one star because it stunk of mustiness when I opened the package. I had to let it air out in the garage for a week before the smell was tolerable.

Pretty rug...casual country...just what I wanted. I have not washed it yet but I am sure it will be fine based on other people's reviews. Great size. I bought the Denim one and the Sage one. Love them both and will be buying more. Thinking about the larger one in mustard for a yellow kitchen. I am sure it will be great. Seems pretty well made too. Have had several compliments as well.

I ordered a runner and was sent a 2 x 3 and when I advised of the incorrect order, they immediately sent out the correct size. I love the runner. The prompt service was excellent. I will definitely order from them again.

This is exactly what I was looking for to put in my refinished basement - something soft, pretty, and washable, . Now I want one for the kitchen!
