Love these pancakes!

This has been my go-to breakfast or snack for a few years. I compete in a sport that requires weigh-ins (and therefore weight cuts). I eat this daily when training and cutting to help meet my protein needs—and when I'm cutting, it almost feels like cheating. It's higher protein than some competitors, and therefore really filling.These are also gluten-free, which is amazing. My partner is gluten free, and has become a big fan after I started making these for him. It's become a breakfast staple.

I love this protein baking mix. I fixed waffles for the first time in like 5 years with this mix and they came out perfectly!There is not much flavor, so I add sugar and cinnamon.It's almost better that it doesn't have much flavor, that way yo can make it your own flavor.I love the fact that all you have to do is add water to make it. For waffles you add an egg and that's all.

These are ok. Its great that they have so much protein, but they are a bit dry once they are cooked. The flavor is good though and they are filling! So it’s a decent value for the money.

I have loved this product for many years. I put plain Bulgarian yogurt on top with a little blueberry jam swirled into the yogurt topped with fresh berries. The greatest breakfast or dessert!!

If I reviewed this after the first bag I bought, it would be a 5 Star review. But this second bag I received doesn’t mix thoroughly. Small bits of mix stay clumped up. I’d guess it’s the x-gum. Inconsistent across the two bags I bought but I’ll probably purchase again anyway. Side note-add a bunch of cinnamon and some valinna extract otherwise these really don’t taste good.

I really like these healthy options that are quick to make. I'm glad they are available for when I need something quick, but they don't compare to my raw cashews I grind up for pancakes. They have a natural sweetness that no other can match . Now if Flapjacks used cashews to make their mix we just might have me hang up starting from scratch... LOL *(Hint ...Hint )*
