Since this is the fourth time I buy this product, I am able to provide an educated feedback. When you set your fitness target you have a better idea of what kind of products you will need to help you meet it. My goal is to get ripped without getting too bulky and I can tell this product is right for me. Supplements alone will not do the job; these will only work if you combine them with hard work and proper nutrition. After every workout I have been taking this product and noticed my appetite has been decreased. I am hungry enough but not at the point where I make those bad decisions and eat the entire pantry. This is key since you eat what is best for you and give your body the opportunity to truly take advantage of the workout. In addition, it has helped me with muscle recovery (the soreness); this allows me to train more often. I must advise you to dissolve the product in very cold water; the taste is very strong if the water is at room temperature.

First: For $35 I would expect more than 15 servings, none of the information provided while ordering tells you this, so you think your getting 30 servings, you're not. Second : it does not mix well, you have to constantly shake it up in order to drink it,.... and then comes 3rd negative, This stuff tastes HORRIBLE! I had to choke it down, it taste nothing like lemon-lime, imagine drinking generic sweet tarte candy ground into a fine powder that doesn't mix at all. I am not a picky person when it comes to this kind of stuff, but I had to leave this review, as I wasted over $35 on this junk, hopefully it saves someone else from making the same mistake.

Product helped with post workout recovery, but the container seemed small especially when it's 2 scoops per serving.Also the flavor is beyond sweet. The more you drink the sweeter it gets and not in a good way.

I have been using this product for about 1 week and I really like it so far! I feel much better after my workouts, not as sore and with much more energy than before! Even my husband tried it and he is really pleased with the results as well! We LOVE the lemon flavor, after working out it feels really refreshing. I highly recommend it!

I tried for three weeks to get acclimated to the taste but the lemon lime is just awful. I couldn’t finish it every time so I don’t know if it worked or not. If they had a different flavor in the lean for women I would try it but so far I can’t say I’m not impressed.

This supplement works great! I’ve been using it for a couple of months and I have seen a big difference in my ability to recover quicker and not get as sore after my workouts. I used it while trying to increase my strength and lean out at the same time and it worked great. Definitely recommend it!

I tried this recovery blend once before and really liked it. So I ordered again but this time, something was off. It didn't taste like the lemon/lime I ordered before at all. I will say, I have tried many pre and post-workout drinks. I know the difference between a flavor that I don't like and the product just being bad/not right. I tried contacting the company to get a replacement and let them know they had a bad batch on their hands and the response I got was, yeah, I don't think we accept returns because you don't like the flavor. Nope. Not what I said. I said, this is totally different from the last one. Something is wrong with it. Wouldn't you rather know then send out bad product and get bad reviews? I actually returned it, did not get a refund, nor do I have a replacement package. In this time of social media where people can post bad reviews, you should listen to your customers instead of wasting your money on this. Oh, and this company doesn't really reply.

I had already used the Recovery Advance from Supreme Alpha and now I have decided to buy the lean, for my short workout. This product also made me feel less tired, less sore and with a boost in my immune system after working out. What I really liked was the smaller sensation of craving along the day. Although the flavor wasn’t great, it is not worst than any other Recovery that I have ever try.
