Q: Is this a real air fryer? How does it heat?

Yes. This is a real air fyer with creative heating system. On the bottom, there is a heating plate. One the top, there is a halogen heating tube and fan. The food can be heat much evenly. Beside, there is a mixing arm(paddle) in the cooking pan, french fries can be stirred during cooking automaticlly.

Q: do I need to put oil in it for french fries?

We suggest to put 4tsp(20ml) oil for 400oz french fries, they will be more crisp.

Q: Can I use it to make a pizza? Or just heat a pizza?

You can do both. Before making or heating a pizza, you need to take the mixing arm(paddle) away. The size of pizza should not be over 8 inches.
