No unfortunately you are not able to respond to texts or phone calls on the Bip 3 Pro. You are able to receive notifications for them.

Q: how do i get it to show notifications on samsung? the instructions are either outdated or dont apply to my device. i have a samsung galaxy z fold 4

On the Zepp App --> Profile --> Bip 3 Pro --> Notifications and Reminders --> Incoming SMS or App Alerts depending on which Notifications you are trying to receive on the watch

Q: I set all-day heart 1 minute, but the app only shows 5-minute intervals. is there another setting that i need to get 1-minute intervals?

On the Zepp App --> Profile --> Bip 3 Pro --> Health Monitoring --> Change to 1 minute ,

Q: I lost my charger are there any replacements?
