A great way to get some hydration and extra protein. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Taste great, but gained weight fast *by S***E on 9 May 2026* This was surgeon approved 2 weeks before my surgery and 6-8 weeks after my surgery for quick muscle recovery. The flavors I chose were grape, orange mango,berries, cherry and a flavor like bomb pops. I did notice I gained 6 pounds before my surgery. My fatness I already had 154 lbs to 165 and more now isn't helpful. My surgery was in the dead of winter and the pain was extremely excruciating, with very limited mobility. That didn't help me at all. It's been over a year and I have packed on a few more pounds, ugh, so hard to get off. But I can't totally put the blame on the drinks. I had them 2-3 times daily.
