Love that it involves a lot more core, a lot more stability to engage more muscle fibers in your chest and triceps, definitely a fun tool to make pushups more fun and challenging

I went back and forth deciding to buy The Beckford Bar. I read all the negative reviews so I had doubts. I went ahead and ordered it from Cisco Sales and I did not experience any of the negative experiences others went through. I have to say it is not for everyone. I read that one person went to the doctor because of using this device. If you can't bench with a straight bar this is not for you as it keeps your hands/wrists in the same position. Another was a claim that it flimsy-it is not and I read negative comments about Customer Service. This devise is well made and it works. I would suggest to anyone to start slow(on your knees). My Beckford Bar did come with a defective hand-grip. I contacted the seller and 4 days later I had a brand new handle. Cisco has excellent Cust. Service. My bar also arrived before schedule-that was a nice surprise. I do not know the seller of the other bad experiences but CiscoSales backs the product and distributes a quality Machine. Don't let the negative reviews make you hesitate. If you have wrist problems when Bench Pressing with a bar-it's not for you. Also a very safe way to use it is to have both Handles pinned as wide as possible This makes the handles stable and is great for wide grip Push-ups. I highly recommend this product. It is versatile and works for me.

We love using the Beckford Bar! It’s such a quick way to get an incredible workout. We love that it works so many muscle groups at once. We are always so busy that we really like to optimize the time that we do have to exercise. We love working smarter!My son and I are on a journey to hold a handstand with control. We have drills and things we work on outside of our quick short videos we show daily. Our actual handstand practice is usually done randomly and quickly before bed. The Beckford bar has been especially helpful to us in helping quickly fire up our core before we attempt our handstand for the day. It definitely makes a huge difference when we do get those core muscles awake first.We also love how versatile the bar is. It can be used in so many different ways. I would recommend this bar to anyone looking for a fast and efficient way to make a huge impact in increasing strength. (Cause when you are a full time working mom with two kids with learning differences and one with a heart defect, you don’t have hours to spend at the gym). You need a workout you can do in 15-20 minutes that will make a difference.

Amazing product. As a college student that also works part time, the Beckford Bar is perfect for me to squeeze in quick workouts into my busy schedule. One can also get creative with it and do a wide array of exercises other than pushups. The bar also comes with a portable bag that makes it easy for me to carry it around campus, to the office, and back home. I highly recommend this product for anyone that has a hectic schedule or anyone that wants to get in a quality workout at home. It’s also worth noting that I’ve owned this product for well over a year and it has not shown any signs of deterioration or wear.

The media could not be loaded.  I saw this advertised on Instagram and wanted to give it a try.I don't do the gym thing. Working out at home has always been my preference, so I was glad to see it was easy to set up and use.It's light on instructions, but you get a lot of good videos on the Instagram page as to how to make it a great addition to your workout. The set-up is easy and you can definitely feel it in your arms and your core.Affordable and just what I needed to take my workout to another level.

It is harder than a normal pushup so I guess that indicates better results

I purchased this product wanting to love it. The first month or so was great but then one of the handles started to have some resistance when pushing up to the top. This could cause injury SO easily. I tried emailing customer service and nothing. I’d love to get this resolved.

Most noticeably, after 10 years of working out and this gives me a better chest pump than I've ever gotten. Bench/cable flys/pushups, nothing else I've done really comparesIt didnt take long for this to become my new morning routine, hits my chest, abs, and shoulders faster than anything else. I've pretty much replaced any cable/db fly's from my chest day with this as it feels a bit better on my elbows.Ordered another one for my dad(70 y/o) on a whim in the hopes of him starting to work out his upper body a little. They're quite a bit more difficult than normal pushups so hes still doing them using knees for help (no shame, theyre still kinda hard that way) but hes having fun with it and says hes determined to get them properSo far, so good, construction feels rock solid, the grips have grip, the bearings are smooth, hides away under the bed in a second, not much more to ask for
