Simple solution to prevent damaging walls
This is a simple solution to prevent damaging walls from the top of the ladder. It is a little pricey, but the first time it stops damage, it paid for it self.Also fit nice and tight so should stay put.

I was reluctant to pay this much for a chunk of silicone, but then realized a couple of scratches on the side of my RV would cost me more. It is very protective of RV finish and doesn't allow the ladder to slip. I'm very happy I purchased it.

works, but way overpriced
not much to say, it does what it's supposed to do - protect your walls, stay put and out of the way. It's just way over priced for what it is. they should just include it when you buy the ladder. but hey, just like the airlines, there's an extra fee for everything that's still essential.
