Mowox MNA152613 Zero-Turn Radius Self-Propelled Lawn Mower powered by Briggs & Stratton 725 InStart Series engine, 7.25 ft.-lbs. and 163cc

I bought this back in May because of a bad shoulder. I couldn’t do the pull string thing. Mower was delivered. I charged the battery and plugged it in. Mower started right up. Cut my lawn. As a mower it does great, motor is strong, and the rest is well built. RELIABILITY HOWEVER is terrible. The following week I went to mow. This time it wouldn’t start. Starter was working, but the motor would never turn over. Eventually the starter stopped working. I thought I drained the battery. So I charged it up plugged the battery in again same thing. Called Mowox tech support. As soon as we troubleshot to the mower the agent, immediately raised their hands and said “MOWOX NOT IT” (figuratively) and sent me to Briggs and Stratton. B&S did their thing and said I need to bring it in to service. Date I brought the mower in, May 20th. Two weeks later (these guys are a popular place for mower repair in my small town) I get a call. Starter is bad. It’s back ordered. A MONTH later I get a call. The Battery is bad. It’s also backordered. Finally, TWO months later I get my mower back. Today September 6th, AFTER the unofficial end of summer I have it back. I should have just returned it and got my money back. DO NOT BUY THIS MOWER. It’s as reliable as Donald Trump telling the truth about....anything in existence.

Mowox zero turn mower was supposed to have instart technology with electric start, which was one of the featured items that we were looking forward to and were to be included. But the mower I received, does not have electric start. This is important to me. Please make it right by shipping the electric start unit as ordered.

I'm a 75 year old widow. I bought this because the start and the self propelled. It's got three wheels which turn the corners in my fenced in back yard. This is my third cutting. It moves quick and sure. Tide a while to bring your speed to it. My neighbors keep looking at this mower with amazement. It has a bigger wheel base then the old one. It takes half the time to cut now then before. It's been nicknamed "The Beast" I'm very happy with and hope you buy one to try it. It truly is amazing!? So far the beast is working great. Starts up fine, cuts fast and is now known throughout my community. I love it. When the time comes I will but another one. GREAT!!!!!

Terrible, flimsy packing, bubble wrap yes, but all loose protecting NOTHING ! Runs fine, BUT distance from main handle to lever for self propel is too far apart - except maybe for the largest hands. Don’t try to stretch your hand the required distance, you will possibly mess up your hand muscles like I did. Somehow I need to shorten the distance, Honda and Husqvarna figured it out in smart ways. Oh, and don’t expect any instructions except for the engine. This company needs to pay more attention to detail. Yea, the electric start is great. I would not buy again. Please look at other reviews - that rave on and on about how great this mower is - Vine reviews of a FREE PRODUCT, of course the reviewers feel obligated to speak highly of the darn thing. ME, I’m the only one so far whose honest review you should trust !!!

mower would not start; I charged and recharged battery; talked to Mowox dealer/representative; no solution; thoroughly disgusted with product; how to return? Sorry lawnmower.....would never recommend to anyone/ can't understand how a product could be so defective......I am adding an addendum to the above review, because BRIGGS STRATTEN COMPANY has taken care of the situation by sending me a brand=new battery ASAP. Mr.Michael Disnan, a company representative called several times to rectify the situation. I am very, very pleased with the lawn mower now. The Briggs Stratten engine works very well now. Thanks to the company for taking care of this so quickly. I highly recommend the B&S company for their willingness and efficiency in fixing the problem.

Stability. You feel a wobble movement

Well The back wheels are garbage One rear wheel was already broken when I received it. Good thing I don't plan on Using the rear wheels that came with it.

This mower does not cut good at all. We have to go over the yard at least twice sometimes 2 times and the blades are sharp and weThought this would be so nice. LET DOWN!
