Not Billy' best but pretty good

I brought this CD because it had got my favorite track on it ie The Lullabye I didnt know any of the other tracks but I was very pleased with them all. So at a great price I have a great disc.

Bought this for dad on Christmas and he absolutely loved it! A great throwback

Not quite as good as his best earlier classics still very good.I really liked the title track and All about Soul.Well worth buying.

All Billy Joel fans enjoy hearing his timeless songs, whether in his " Greatest Hits" series, or a more compact set of songs as here in River of Dreams.It gives the listener a chance to revisit pearls like Shades of Grey and Two Thousand Years. Well worth the money.

A brilliant music collection from beginning to end...well worth it....Joel is probably at the peak of his writing career on this C.D. you won't be disappointed...

It cost next to nothing - not bad for an album that went to NO.1 in the USA. Delivery was fine and on time. No problems whatsoever

Disco meraviglioso di Billy Joel che mi porta alla memoria tanti ricordi passati. Era l’agosto del 93, non ero ancora ventenne e fresco di diploma, eravamo io ed i miei amici ad Ibiza per festeggiare, comprai l’album in MC e, credo, lo suonammo negli stereo per tutta l’intera vacanza come se fosse un inno. Persi quella cassetta durante un trasloco avvenuto durante questi anni. Non ricomprai più quell’album e non so perché. Adesso, dopo 32 anni, i vent’anni li ho già passati già due volte (quasi tre), la spensieratezza di quell’età non c’è più e non ci sono più, anche, qualche amico di quel periodo ma ricordi sono rimasti. Quando ho visto in preordine il disco l’ho fatto mio. Per godermelo, per accompagnare quei ricordi con la stessa musica con cui lo ho vissuti, per il piacere di ascoltare della buona musica che ti permette di ricordarli. Troppo nostalgico? Per citare un gran film: francamente me ne infischio! :) Buona ristampa, qualità globale nella media e consona al prezzo pagato. Vinile nero, non 180g, ad occhio e croce direi Ch’è stato preso un qualche remaster digitale per la stampa. Suono aperto e molto caldo, convincono poco i bassi ma data il tipo di album non è una grave mancanza. 5 stelle meritate!

Fantastic and Classic Billy Joel's Album！ "All about soul" always makes me thrill, and the intro of "River of Dream" keeps touching my deepest dreams all the time.

Waited for YEARS for this to be released on Vinyl. Such a great album. Every song is a hit!
