Using it with my HP specter laptop. Excellent quality

I brought this cable, but after 4 months it has stopped working. I tried reaching out to the company, they have not responded as this has a 18 month warranty, does anyone know what to do, the cable is not working on multiple devices

Attention, ce n'est pas un câble data, certes, il peut transférer à 480 Mbps mais c'est assez lent. C'est bien un câble de charge ! 100 Watts. Sinon, c'est pas possible combiner data et charge, votre câble sera super épais et peu flexible. Si vous voulez la charge rapide et le data 10/20/40 Gbps , alors achetez les câbles pour les écrans. C'est à dire , usb-c displayport (dp) en version 4 ou encore thunderbolt.

I picked up this 2-pack to replace the rubber cables that came with my devices, and the difference in quality is immediately noticeable. Performance: The biggest selling point is the 100W 5A output. I tested this with my MacBook, and it charges at full speed, just like the original Apple cable. It handles high-wattage charging without overheating the connectors. It’s versatile enough to fast-charge my iPhone (USB-C models) and my laptop with the same cable.
