Didnt fit 2008 nightster
Didn't fit my 2008 nightster. Missing nuts and washer (came with 4 bolts, 1 washer, and 1 nut.) FYI, the bolts were metric and not the 5/16-18 threads that comes on the bike. Also means you can't use the retaining nut with the little lip on the rear bolts. The bolts were chrome but I wanted black so I went to Lowe's and spent the 5 bucks on new bolts in standard threading. Got the back on but the front was stupid tight. Like it needed an extra 1/4 - 1/2 inch. It didn't matter if I loosened or tightened the rear. Muscled it on and scratched my paint through the painters tape I put on. Then finally found out the holes don't align. I can't pass the screw through to bolt it!
