Finally used these
After about a year I finally use two of these brackets for my Blink cameras. I only used two because I didn't find the need for the one in the front of my house. These might be better than the original brackets that come with the cameras. But I'm not so sure. The only thing that's better is that camera will be better stuck in one position where the original would sometimes fall down. As stated in another review you don't have fully mobility after the bracket is mounted. It is solidly mounted and will not move but it's hard to adjust after you mount it. I didn't use the one for the front because I felt like the original was tucked under the overhang of the house nicely and a little more discreet that this mount being mounted away from the house sticking out more for people to not only notice the camera but the bracket too. That's why I gave this a three star. It's an ok product and if you can get it set where you want it and never need to want to adjust it then this product it great. But just for the simple fact that it's hard to do with this product makes me think there's got to be a better product out there.

Sturdy Camera Mounts - Used for both indoor and outdoor Blink cameras
I ordered a set of both the white and black Blink camera mounts. I wasn't satisfied with the plastic hinge ones provided with each Blink camera. The installation of the camera mount(s) was very easy and straight forward. The mounting kit comes with drywall anchors and screws. I did have to pop out the small circle piece in the center of the back of the white indoor Blink cameras in order to mount them on the white camera mounts. Prior to each installation I placed a Blink camera on the mount and held in place to be sure I liked the angle/view as you can't really adjust too much after installed. I was happy that I could get them at the angle I wanted, which the Blink provided plastic hinge one could not. I mounted some of the camera mounts inside and outside of the house. They seem to be very sturdy. I did use the black camera mounts along with the black outdoor Blink cameras, which are not completely exposed to the elements as they are partially sheltered, but I am curious to see how they make it through the winter. I would recommend.

Not for camera theft prevention.
The mounted camera could easily be stolen by unscrewing the ball and socket tightener. If this device is made very tight, the socket will crack and break. The metal is aluminum, easily cracked. These weaknesses could be overcome by putting super glue on the tightener threads. All of these inexpensive mounts suffer from this problem. If your cameras are expensive (Arlo), at least buy the kit with the security chain. I suspect that a good yank will break this as well.

Does not completely cover camera. Battery changing is huge task now.
Skins do not cover the bottom of the camera, so white still show, therefore camera is highly visible. To get the sleeve on and off, you have to unscrew the camera from the mount. So this is terrible for changing the battery. Unscrew from mount, remove sleeve, replace battery, put sleeve back on, screw back into mount, reposition camera. Way to much work just to replace the battery, especially when you have many of them. The mounts are just fine. Same as any other brand just like them.

Great inexpensive cameras and great picture at 1080P
This system works great on our 1 and 1/4 acre lot. We can see day or night very crisp and clear videos. The Zoom capability allows us to read the license numbers on cars coming up pour driveway. Th mounts we bought to mount the cameras are wonderful and we can tilt, turn or rotate the cameras in about any position. I am think of adding a couple of more cameras so I can monitor our interior as well as our exterior. Good product easy to set up, had them working in about 10 minutes for all three cameras.

Not as good as original but inexpensive
The mounts seem sturdy enough but they have a couple disadvantages as compared to the genuine Arlo mounts. They are not nearly as easy to adjust. When trying to tighten them down, they inevitably move. In order to get them aimed properly, I had to hold the piece the camera screws into with pliers while tightening the locking mechanism. They also won’t be nearly as easy to remove and remount when changing batteries. The locknut blocks the USB port so these won’t work if you want to plug in your Arlo Pro 2 cameras. These were cheap enough so I’ll keep them. If I need more mounts in the future, I’ll buy the originals from Arlo.

A must have for your system.
The camera mount extension gave the camera much needed versatility of movement. I was amazed at the difference of coverage and angle options it gave. I also liked that it is attached with 3 screws instead of the 2 with the standard mount. It's much more sturdy.

Excellent upgrade
Excellent upgrade to the older basic mounts.

Skin is pointless, mount only good if using Battery!
The skins & mounts have problems, skins don't cover the bottom which when mounted high up stands out really bad. If you use the mount, there is no way of ru cam on power as there is not enough room to plug cable on.My advice, don't waste your money.

design
returned items as the customer support for the BLINC camera was not supportive enough and explainations for it's use.

Worked for my application.
Had nothing to do with the mounting bracket, but how it attaches to camera,I prefer the inside camera attachment, but it would not be water proof for outdoor camera.

Good fit easy to install bracket seems decent time will tell
A worthy product for Arlo cameras, black is better to hid cameras and the protection will pay off I am sure.

I like them
Just helps a little extra so they are not so noticeable. Cheaply made.
