Tasty way to get your supplements
Tastes good and add your daily doses especially on a keto or carnivor diet. I used it when fasting for few days and I didn't feel as if it broke my fast.

Great tasting & rehydrating
These are great. Easily dissolve in water without any effort and taste refreshing too. Great way to start your day by re-hydrating your body after 8 hours of sleep. Alternatively, perfect for fitness purposes too.

Contain artificial sweetners.
So overpriced for what they are and they have artificial sweetness in them. I wouldn't have bought had I known.

Improve my hydration
Love these, tried a different (cheaper) brand but gone back to these. Perfect on days when I feel dehydrated following exercise, alcohol 😉, tiredness or just run down. I mix one with about 550ml, drink half then top up, really feel my energy level picks up.

Too sweet
Did not expect it too taste this sweet - too much stevia. Very expensive and cant return it now ive tried one. The labeling should be clearer.
