Review: Great machine! great service! - ANOTHER UPDATE So the seller got a hold of me, sent me all the PDFs and even a replacement pan because mine was chipped. I now know how to use all the features and have made so great rolls, breads, pasta, and more! I have to admit I like the King Arthur recipes the best. I weigh everything because I get consistent quality that way. Everyone loves the fresh products and there just isn’t any real work to this, anybody’s can set the pan on a scale dump and weigh each ingredient in the pan and then press 12 and let the machine do all the work! When it beeps you take it and shape it any way you want and bake! It’s never bad and always perfect! I’m changing my stars from 4 to 5! UPDATE: I’ve made several loaves now and even hamburger buns in it today so I’m raising the rating from 3 to 4 stars. It is still performing well and using a scale and weighing out the ingredients makes a perfect loaf and perfect bread products! The simplicity of taking the bread pan, setting it on the scale then adding each ingredient (zeroing/rare after each), then putting it in the machine and forgetting about it is sooo easy! No worrying about the yeast, water temp, sugar mixing to ferment it; just dump and let the machine do the work...and a wonderful product comes out! We’ll see how it works in a few more months. I do highly recommend this for anyone that loves to make things from scratch! I recently tossed all the ingredients in and made my own pasta and pizza dough with it; perfect no work kneading it does it all! ORIGINAL —> So this machine is good but I’m not convinced it’s great yet because I’ve only made one loaf of bread! The “recipes” well it is like 9 that basically say the same ingredients but you just press another button I guess. I made a 1.5 lb multigrain loaf with medium it was heavy not your super market fluff of air and had an excellent brown top, I’d say perfect browning. Not sure how I make like a cinnamon raisin nut bread with this machine. Can I pull the dough out after it mixes then fold in the cinnamon? No instructions for this machine. I’m a bit concerned with the lid as it’s flimsy and rubs against the side of the control panel which means over time it will scratch the finish off. The container the bread is made in is a sort of square shape and makes an odd shaped loaf. I know their pictures show round loaves, French bread baguettes and even rolls so do they have other pans that insert in or how are people making those? Too much missing information! Review: Impressive Bread Maker - I recently purchased a KBS Model MBF-014A bread machine for our home, and I have been very impressed with the quality and performance of this machine. The delivery of this bread machine was quick and packaged securely with the retail box being contained within a shipping box. Upon opening the box, I could cell that the product was well protected with proper molded foam surrounding the machine. Even the items stored within the bread pan were properly wrapped as to not damage the ceramic coating. When setting up the machine for the baking of my first bread (Honey Wheat) the first thing that impressed me was the solid stainless-steel mixing paddle and the previously mentioned ceramic bread pan. This paddle is substantial compared to other cast aluminum paddles that typically come with bread makers. The ceramic coating on the pan is safer from a health perspective when compared to Teflon and it may actually be easier to remove the bread from the pan once the baking is complete. When you first plug in the machine it defaults to the most common bread type of white, a bread size of 750g (1.6 lb) and medium color crust. The MBF-014A provides 19 additional settings for different breads, doughs, cake, jam, and yogurt. I look forward to exploring some of these options over time. After adding the ingredients, I was pleasantly surprised with the low noise of operation during the kneading cycle. After the 3 hours & 11minutes the result was well worth the wait. The bread produced was a very nice shape, had a very nice crust color and the bread itself had a perfect texture. The taste was also excellent. I have used other KBS bread machines that have two heating elements and a higher wattage, but I happy to report that I did not experience and difference in the outcome with this unit. The one feature that it does not have that other KBS models do have is an automatic seed/nut dispenser, but this can easily be done manually at the correct time within the kneading cycle. The aesthetics of an appliance is also something of importance as this product is often left out on the counter in one's kitchen. I have to say I was initially concerned as the pictures used to represent the MBF-014A on desertcart may not be the most appealing. The good news is that the real-life product looks terrific and the color tones present very well. Both the display and backlit buttons are both good looking and functional. Overall, I am very pleased with the KBS MBF-014A bread machine, and I would not hesitate to recommend this product.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Best Bread Maker!!!

This bread machine is the best one I have had yet. I also have the 17-IN-1 and while I love it and it makes great bread ad other items.. the 20-IN-1 made the same recipe much softer and tastier. We love making pizza dough, cinnamon rolls, rolls, French bread and other breads. It is so easy to use.. just place all the ingredients in, pick your setting and let the machine do its magic. My bread comes out just the right color and density, smells great and taste great! The recipe book has great recipes to try and the instruction book has a lot of good information. This bread machine is so easy to use and the clean up is super easy as well. Looking forward to using the new settings on this one like the pasta dough setting.
