When they say instant, it means instant. Seems pretty accurate. Easy to use. All you have to do is open it so it’s very straightforward out of the box. It’s lightweight and easy to store in my kitchen utensils box. It seems pretty sturdy and haven’t had any issues this far!

I will never go back to anything else after using this. It’s accurate, easy to clean, fast and so convenient that it’s a magnet so we can keep it on our fridge, grill, or stove if we wanted to.

It gets the job done and it's magnetic it has a clear easy to read display. It stores easily on any metal surface. It gives a quick and accurate reading. Soon to be a pretty sturdy unit when I handled it honestly I've seen stuff in a professional kitchen that wasn't without well built . It gave me the full range of temperature when doing a roast which is useful. I put it in boiling water to test its accuracy it displayed 100° C adjusted for elevation. my only problem is the lack of a hole to hang it from or a bottle opener then it would be truly perfect but for what it is it works very well. Wonderful value for the price.

Ive had more expensive temperature gauges with too many options and the readings were wrong many times. This was simple to use and has been very accurate. The price is right too. I just wish it came in a plastic box or bag of some kind.

Works great and fast. Very user friendly. Easy to clean . Good quality. Delivered on time. Comes with a safety food temperature small brochure too. I hang mine on the fridge side for easier reference.Would recommend 10/10.

Really good quality for the price! I use it for my sourdough baking and it gives a great internal temp read, fast and reliable! It’s also magnetic so I can keep it on my oven or fridge when I’m not using it! It’s very sturdy and the battery life is great, decent bit of weight to it too. Overall great quality for the price I paid!

Super repsonsive and easy to use. The magnets on the back allow me to leave it stuck to the burner control area while cooking so I am not looking around for where I left it while I am bbq'ing.
