I initially bought 6 of these lids 6 months ago. I had not left any review as I wanted to use them first for a few months.I knew that inferior quality lid would rust in a month or two. In all honesty, this one did not rust at all. Its quality is superb and we have been using them 24/7 for 6 months.They are still as good as new. Works perfectly. I used to use cloth mesh, but it became mouldy so I switched to these stainless steel lids and never looked back. This is the best solution for sprouting.We are eating a certain diet where we juice and eat raw sprouts as much as possible. These lids made sprouting painless and effective. No seed waste, mould or any issues.We go through a lot of sprouts in a week so, 6 lids were not enough for us, I had to reorder a new set of 6 from this seller this week and it came in 2 days. That was super fast.I highly recommend this product because of its simplicity and high quality. We really love it. thanks

Do not use this product for sprouting - it is totally unsuitable and causes the lids to rust when placed upside down to drain. The first signs are seen on initial use and after using just a few times, this is the result, see photo!I have given the product one star as I was unable to submit a review without awarding a rating...

They become rusty after few weeks.

Die Gitter wurden gekauft, um auch kleinere Samen im Sprossenglas ziehen zu können.Auch Alfalfa- und Brokkolisamen, welche schon sehr klein sind, werden durch diese Gitter nicht hinaus geschwemmt.Der Gitterdeckeleinsatz ist sehr leicht zu reinigen und es stellt überhaupt kein Problem dar den Gittereinsatz mit dem Gewindering auf das Glas zu schrauben bzw. wieder abzunehmen !Es ist eine perfekte kostengünstige Lösung für ein Sprossenglas.Ich habe nochmals 6 Stück nach bestellt.

Perfetti! Cercavo proprio questo tipo di "tappi" con la maglia in acciaio perché coltivo un po' di germogli in casa, nei vasi di vetro. Utilizzo gli economici vasi di vetro classici per le conserve, quelli della Bormioli Rocco "Quattro Stagioni", da un litro, che hanno l'apertura da 8,5 cm. E questi tappi Homefavor si avvitano perfettamente. Così, con davvero pochi soldi, posso coltivare in casa i miei germogli risparmiando sui germogliatori che, pur essendo costituiti proprio da un vaso di vetro e un tappo bucherellato, costano un po' troppo per i miei gusti...Il prodotto è effettivamente in acciaio inox, di buona manifattura e l'ho già lavato in lavastoviglie e utilizzato varie volte. Consigliato.

Die Siebe passen perfekt auf meine 1 L Einkochgläser von Leifheit und machen einen hochwertigen Eindruck. Es war mir wichtig, dass die Deckel komplett aus Edelstahl sind und nicht nur das Sieb selbst. So lässt es sich ganz einfach nach jedem Sprossengang mit kochendem Wasser desinfizieren, ohne dabei Einfluss auf die Gesundheit zu haben (wie z.B bei Aluminium-Schraubringen).Die Siebe sind auch klein genug für Alfalfa-Sprossen, was bei meinen bisherigen Sprossengläsern nicht der Fall war. Super!
