Pay attention HOW TO TEST THE BONE CONDUCTION: plug your ears with your fingers (or sponges) and then put on the bone conduction headset. You still hear the music of the headphones and the sound effects are better. If you are a music enthusiast on the bass expectation is very high, do not buy. Please Note: I Am Deaf in My right ear. This is my third set of Bone Conduction Headsets
I was diagnosed with An acoustic neuroma (vestibular schwannoma) and subsequently had the tumor removed along with my Auditory Canal several years back. Having lost the ability to hear in my right ear, I have waiting patiently for headsets to come along promising "the restoration, or a portion of hearing" through Bone Conduction. My first two Headsets were "one size fits all" and were causing me all sorts of problems including headaches. This Pair - The A8's are comfortable and have decent sound considering I am completely deaf in my right ear. The best advice I can give you (if you are partially deaf) to test any bone conduction headset is, For iPhone users like me, you can toggle volume by going to Settings, then choosing General, and then tapping Accessibility. Under Accessibility, you can selected Mono Audio, and even slide the sound from one ear to the other. Slide the sound bar to the side in which you experience the loss of hearing or deafness and move the headset to the several bone conductive areas near your ears until you hear it the best. If you can find a spot where the headsets rest comfortably and it doesn't sound muffled, you win! You will never get total hearing from a headset but these are a nice alternative. Nice Work A8 Company!

Not loud enough due to poor fit.
I really liked these at first but there is an issue that have caused me to no longer feel they were a good purchase. They have gotten looser and I don't hear as well out of them as I did at first. I believe the issues are related. Since they are bone conducting they need to be more snug so the sound conducts well. They’d probably be okay in a quiet involvement such as an office or oibrary, but in the gym with other treadmills and bicycles around, I miss a lot of the dialog on my podcasts and shows. Disappointing.

Other can hear what you are listening to.
They are comfortable and sound fine but not what I expected. I expected to be able to wear these without bothering my neighbors at work and others headphones. Not the case for these. They can hear what I am hearing.

Great
So far so good. Work well haven’t had any issues. Pretty comfortable, just a little tight. Haven’t used for exercise just driving and around the house.

Best headset ever
These are the only kind I will ever buy again. I use them mostly to watch TV, and it's nice because I can still here things around me because nothing goes in the ear
