Needs extra bracket
Says in instructions to assemble 3 brackets but only 2 brackets in box

The wings are inbalanced
The media could not be loaded. The wings are inbalance so even if you marked them correctly before drilling you end up got an inbalance canopy which is very disappointing. Obviously it has been install so it cannot be removed nor returned but we hope the Seller can make sure this would not happen to any customers again.Alternatively, if the Seller believe it can be adjusted even though it is installed I am more than happy to be contacted directly.

It was easy enough to assemble
It looks lovely & perfect for some shade in the garden.Only issue is the fixings,they didn’t seem to hold the canopy well so bought stronger ones from builders merchants

It was easy to erect and looks tidy
There is a problem with the white plastic end piecesThe rain water is trapped in there is no drain holes for the water to drain out and so it fills up with waterThis is the pieces at the edge near the little tailsHope that makes sense
