I would not recommend only because it's not enough daily dosage for the price to have time to see if it's helping you. You would have to buy this every week to have a chance to see any results

This tincture used to be great. But Herb Pharm is slowly removing the USDA Organic emblem from all of their listings since they changed ownership. I’m now buying most of my tinctures from Etsy from top herbalists that produce clean reliable products.

Good for hair
Shipped fast. Great for hair growth, mixed with jojoba & applied to scalp. Smells edible, raisin-ish, but in a good way, only in bottle not in your hair. Lots of other uses.
