TongmasterChinese Curry Sauce (Gluten Free) - 100g - 5 Packs

So thankful to find a gluten free curry sauce powder to create my own sauce.. Fantastic as a base and the consistency is good, it mixes well and goes smooth when heating.. the thickness is perfect.. My only criticism is that the flavour wasn't exactly how I wanted it, but that's fine because I added a teaspoon of my own 'curry powder' mix (the one you get from international food stores) used for Indian and Caribbean dishes and 1/2 teaspoon of Chinese 5 spice to the powder, before you mix it with cold water and then heat.. I also added a small amount of creamed coconut and this makes the perfect curry sauce mix for me! I'd have given it 5 stars if it needed no tweaking, but it's a 5 star for gluten free curry base, definitely recommend!

This curry sauce is delicious and super easy to cook. I roasted a full chicken, shredded it and put it through the made up sauce with an onion. It's totally cured my craving for Chinese curry sauce, having to be gluten free means my local takeaways are out of the question as are most packet mixes sold in supermarkets. Highly recommend this sauce!

I am soooooo pleased I've found this curry sauce, I've not had take out for years due to allergies and this is absolutely beautiful, just like the local restaurant, it's perfect thickness, perfect flavour and perfect amount of spice

Delicious. I make mine with some chicken stock to add a little something extra. But its a fab product and so good its gluten free!!

i added a little cornflour with some of the cold water to make a thicker sauce ..absolutely delicious ..second time i replaced some of the water with coconut milk ..again spot on delicious

After being diagnosed with coeliac desease I was gutted thinking I wasn’t able to have my usual friday night curry till I found this!! Is fantastic I don’t feel like I’m missing out at all and the family love it also!

This curry powder is brilliant, no real difference from the normal stuff. This is a must for the a coeliac or gluten intolerant member of your family
