Vibe Kayaks Skipjack 120T 12 Foot Tandem Angler and Recreational Two Person Sit On Top Fishing Kayak with 2 Seats + Flush Rod Holders

My significant other and i love this tandem kayak. Weve taken it out probably 10 times since we got it and its of great quality. Plenty enough room for both of us to stretch out our legs or sit cross legged too. Seats are adjustable and theres enough room for a cooler behind the front seat. The leakproof compartments are really nice too, just be careful with the bag that sits in them if you arent gentle you can rip it out, easy to snap back in place though. Im pretty weak and its fairly easy for my boyfriend and i to carry it and load, however we couldnt do it alone it is just a little too heavy for that in my opinion. We honestly get soo many compliments on it every time were out, the results are in and everyone says we got a good deal, we agree too. Its also nice that it comes with two paddles that break down. Shipping was nice, fedex was my courier, they called about a week before and asked me what day works best for me then for delivery someone came in a ryder truck and delivered no problems.

There are several defects and substandard workmanship on this canoe. First the weight of this is no where near 72 pounds,the shipping weight was 87 pounds and there was about 3 pounds of plastic etc..,So the weight is around 84 pounds, considerably heavier. The seats are horrible, they have attached the seats with screws sticking up where you sit, one seat had three screws, the other one had 5.The screws were stainless throughout the kayak, I checked with a magnet! There were grooves dug in around the handles where the person grinding off the edges dug into the side of the kayak. The back drain plug was not caulked all the way around with silicone, easy fix, just something quality control should have caught along with the seats.I cannot review the paddles because I still do not have any paddles.They are in the process of being sent to me apparently, but they sent them regular shipping instead of actually trying to get them to me by the original day cut off which was yesterday. Expected delivery was Jun 12 -21, it was ordered on the 7th of June, still I have no paddles. I received the kayak on the 14th and still no paddles.:-(. The molded in handles are nice, the molds for the feat are somewhat small and shallow, not a lot of flat space to stand up on if you plan on fishing from this. The heaviness of it make me wanna believe it is stable, will edit my review once I get it in the water!

Great! Have used this kayak solo fishing, easy to maneuver and enjoyable to fish from. Also went out with wife and 4 yo daughter. Very stable. Only thing is on land it's pretty heavy @ 74 lbs. we got a kayak dolly which made it easy for one person to move it. Overall super happy with purchase. I added rod holders (boat has 4 mounting points for Scotty or similar accessories that use baseplate). Also an anchor cleat and anchor for fishing in wind. Lots of fun.

This Kayak handles well with one or two people. It has four handles for easy moment on land as well. Pole holders are great and it come with four addition mounting options for accessories. Inside there are great cup holders and a fairly roomy water resistant space for storage. I use this fishing in fresh water but also have had it on the ocean. Works well in both.I am very pleased with this purchase. It is a solid fishing kayak which is what I wanted.

Alex, at customer service, responded as quickly and professionally as could possibly be expected. Thank you, sir!Product - This is a very solid, well made kayak, complete with 2 paddles and 2 seats. This opinion is shared by my fellow kayaking friends who have checked out it, as well. The option to paddle this as a tandem or solo kayak is an outstanding feature. If you're considering buying from Vibe Kayak, do so without hesitation.

My first kayak. Took it to a huge lake. Used it about 4 times now. 1st time alone. 2time with my inlaw. 3time with my kid. I'm sure it's not a perfect kayak and I would rather have a one person kayak but for a 1st timer it's perfect. I take it fishing. Haven't caught anything yet but I feel I will have a difficult time keeping it from flipping if I catch a big one. I use a brick for an anchor and leaning over to retrieve it feels a little wiggly. Other than that it's a tank.

Pros---A lot of kayak for the price. Very stable ln salt water with gentle waves. Cons--- very heavy, not enough storage

This kayak is definitely worth the price for what you get. It has a 500 lb capacity which is way more than the competition for 12 ft kayaks. The sea breeze is very stable and we'll equipped, tracks well and is great for white water or surf with the plugs removed.with a 72 LBS total weight it pulls around easily with a dolly. Sitting or standing this kayak is great for fishing. I will definitely buy vibe products in the near future.
