Sleep Soundly Melatonin, 2 Fl Oz

Love it, no drowsiness when we wake up.

I have been using this for about 3 years, with my children. Both are inclined to stay up all night... and I find that a very small dose helps them relax and prepare for bed time. I ok'd this with my family Dr before giving it to my children, and we currently only give them .5 mg. Which is 1/4 of the dose that is recommended for adults. Often when Dr's prescribe this for children they will go up to 1mg. However I have read that, that can cause nightmares. My kids love the flavor, which is actually quite good. And we find that this works very well to help settle them down into a sleep/bedtime routine.

i've tried a number of different brands, however, this is the very best…INVALUABLE IN HELPING ME get to sleep and stay asleep! Spouse loves it too!

It’s amazing to me how well this worked to put me to sleep as I didn’t have high hopes for it. The only thing that I experienced as far as side effects, is my eyes felt drier when using this. I already have dry eyes, but this seems to have made it worse

We give both of my children (ages 9 and 6) one dropper full of this melatonin pretty much every night to help them get to sleep. We started giving this to my older son who has autism as he was having a lot of trouble getting to sleep at night - sometimes not falling asleep until 1 in the morning. Once we started using this, he is generally asleep within one hour of taking it. For my older son, we've been able to ween him off of it and only use it on nights we know he needs some extra help. My younger son is still a ball of energy so we give it to him almost every night (he does not have any form of autism as FYI).

Works very well for me. I fall asleep within 30 minutes to an hour and stay asleep.

This stuff works well. I have noticed that the dropper doesn't fill all the way and the measurements on the dropper wore off in the liquid over time. Just pay attention to the amount that your dropper fills up in the beginning to get the accurate dose. It is nice to be able to adjust and take a lower dose compared with pill form. I will purchase again.

I've been giving my little guy melatonin for some time because he has a hard time falling asleep. Doctor suggested melatonin I saw this because sometimes he hates chewing the gummed and they are filled with sugar but when I gave him this it worked but a little to much I gave him alot less than the dose as well. I didn't like the way he slept like he was in a really really hard sleep just not for us
