Oilcloth Gingham Red, Fabric by the Yard

I love this. Nice and cheerful look and I like it because it is easy to keep clean. I don't want to do without this and when necessary I will buy more.Good quality and price.I use it on a small table in my kitchen and do my baking and food preparation on it. It is a breeze to clean up afterwards. A cloth with soap and water does it.

I used this to line a picnic basket that I made. It looks great and is so easy to clean. Just a wipe with a damp cloth.

I used this all summer for my dining room tablecloth. It was used for three meals a day, seven days a week. I also used the table for various cooking and fresh preservation projects. I liked the way this tablecloth held up to all the food spills and being scrubbed down with hot soapy water. It is very heavy and durable, and the color does not fade. I rolled it up for use next summer. I wish it came in a fall pattern, as I would get another one.

Nice weight. I think it will wear well. The reason for 4/5 stars is that it wasn't cut square. I needed a square so to even up the cut edge I lost 3-4". I had extra so it wasn't a problem but was irritating to pay for yardage I lost.

I remember oil cloth from my childhood....always a good product made before all the "chemical" versions and plastics that followed. Great, sturdy, easy to clean, and with that unique aroma only oilcloth has. Looks just like a cloth table cloth, but so much easier to clean if you spill something.

I have purchased this cloth several times and have been thoroughly pleased with the quality. This time however, something feels different . I do not remember it smelling as bad as this one did when I unwrapped it. Fortunately we use it outdoors to protect an outdoor table. After some days the chemical smell dissipated. Also the quality of the fabric is not quite the same as in the past. The color feels a bit loud and it just feels cheaper. Would I buy it again? Depends. It's not the oilcloth quality you would find say in France. By a long shot not. But it's still the best I have been able to find.

I bought this primarily to protect an outdoor wood table. It came nicely rolled and packaged. I ordered qty of 3 and received a 3 yard piece of which I only had to cut some rounded corners off the ends to fit. It has a nice feel to it for vinyl. I also ordered some metal clips from Amazon to secure it. I love the color/pattern choices there are! I plan to order another pattern to have as a backup or if I feel like changing it up.

I purchased this to protect my tabletop during holiday cookie making, and it was perfect for the job! It came rolled around a tube, so no issues with creases (very convenient). Seems like a very good company, and I would buy from them again if I ever needed more oil cloth. The red gingham is very attractive and as pictured.
