Good morning start
Lots of vitamins and minerals, great start to the day. Also, is quite delicious by itself or with ice and bananas and make smoothies.

Powder milk, flavor and sugar, what can go wrong?
The package arrived in time. It contained 6 original Carnation Breakfast boxes, each with 10 pouches. I have been drinking this for years, as a way to get some vitamins in a tasty way. These boxes look and taste as the ones in the store. I am happy I got these ones and saved some money. Thanks

Try it as as a protein shake by adding a second packet.
Benn using Instant breakfast 25 years as a substitute for protein shakes. I just use two packets and Milk and it gives you 18 grams of protein. I actually like the taste so much that when I got serious about working out I tried several different sports drink powders and I liked the taste of Instant Breakfast so much I started throwimg2 packets in with a scoop of a sport drink powder which has 25 grams of Whey protein . The combination including milk gives you 43 grams of protein and it still has the flavor of Instant Breakfast.

I love the vanailli and its full of protein vitamins and minerals
Love to put a pack in my coffee in the morning instead so cream and sugar so I bought a case because I run All the time now I can go for months and the cost is much less
