As an older person, I use icepack after hard workouts. Icepack is large and it will stay cold for 20 minutes so. i believe we shouldn't icepack more than 20 minutes. It's so comfortable so I keep them loner and it supports my knee in warmth after 20 minutes. Thank you!

I am in need of a total knee replacement and usually wake up multiple times throughout the night. I put this on at midnight and slept pain free all night. It gives the support I need, without being bulky, and it holds the ice pack right where it’s needed. No easy feet in that particular area.Should you walk around a lot, it does tend to slide, but that could possibly be because of the larger size of my leg. That would be the only downfall. If you are of a very larger size, it may not fit very well. I’m 5’6 and 240lbs and have about a 2 inch play on the top.Final thought, just buy it. It’s better than anything you will get at the store. You’ll be very happy you did

The wrap itself is very good... However the gel pack inside that comes with it is very thin does not hold the cold for very long at all. So that needs to be changed. JMHO.

Great for holding ice on your knee...Very good quality; made very well. Comes with an ice pack to hold in it.The Velcro on each end is wide and very strong holding. The size around from the straps is about 21". The part of my leg above the knee is 23". The straps do stretch, and I have no problem getting mine stretched to fit.I have even worn mine without the ice pack if I just wanted support.I would definitely recommend it to everyone for their knees.

I bought this solely for my doctor prescribed 20 minute icing periods. It serves that purpose well. The gel pack can be shaped even directly out of the freezer, and the straps allow flexibility in how tight I want the pack. The gel back remains sufficiently cold for the recommended 20 minute icing period and it does not take long to refreeze. I do not think the device great for walking around, although I can certainly walk in it. That, however, is not what I wanted it for as I have proper compression sleeves and braces to serve that function.

I purchased this brace for my left knee which has a combo of bursitis & arthritis. It swells after too much activity. Their ice pack is thin & melts quickly. I'm using my own hot/cold ice pack, which fits into the pocket on the inside of the brace.I can't get it to stay in place simply walking; so it's useless for mowing or any other physical activity.I use it at the end of my day while relaxing in the recliner.

I love that this supports and ices my knee at the same time. It stays on well when I walk, too. It's comfortable enough to wear for hours. It's long enough to go all around my fat knee (it swelled to over 19 inches) and still had inches to spare. It comes with one medium-sized ice pack but I can tuck a small one in the back of my knee because it is roomy enough, but still snug enough to stay put. Haven't used it for heat. My Chiropractor always recommends ice. After pulling a muscle around my knee, it's my new best friend!
