needed to replace an old bath tub that we lost in the flood. wanted a deep soaker and this itted the bill now installed and looks and works well

Soaking tub!
I have this tub but paid 50% less on a a different home remodel site. I love it and have never questioned this purchase, very deep I can go underwater totally! Amazing tub perfect back angle!

No customer service
I bought a soaking tub from Jacuzzi. After about 4 baths the drain broke. So I have a "soaking" tut that doesn't hold water. Contacted Jacuzzi about a month ago. They sent me an automatic response. Since then I have written to them, by email, several times. They don't respond. I don't think they have a customer service dept.Before this soaking tub I purchased the same tub as a spa. That one was cracked and had to be returned. So, as far as I know, all their products are defective one way or another and they have no customer service. Keep away from this company. They may once have been of high quality but that is not my experience.
