As expected

I can't wait to try the ginger preserve.

Found it too sweet. Expensive for what it is

Taste out of this world

the texture is disappointing, more jam-like thick with very tiny bits of figs and nowhere near what a slow cooked whole fig preserve should taste and look like. The colour is very dark and the only thing that I can say is that it is not overly sweet, a bit less sweet than a strawberry jam and a lot thicker in consistency. If you expect runny golden heavenly perfumed whole fruit preserve run away from this!

I love this jam. I can really taste the figs and it's not over sweet.

This is our 3rd jar of this tasty preserve. It goes so well with a good Camembert or Brie cheese!
