Buyer beware, sometimes you pay for what you get.
I bought this because of the relatively positive reviews at the time however this faucet is almost uselss at this point. When I first received it and installed it, it work for about 2 minutes and then the water wouldn't come out at all. The button appeared to be broken. They quickly sent me a replacement part for the faucet itself and it was working really well, however after a 3 months the faucet almost dribbles out unless you hold down the button. There is something wrong with the design of this faucet and my bet it has something to do with mineral deposits clogging up the inside. The seller offerred to send me another replacement nozzle but that was almost a month ago.Update: The seller did send me a replacement faucet, and I disassembled the nozzle on the old one to discover that there is a design flaw in the button mechanism. I can likely use the new one for a long time as long as I don't press the button.Off to find another faucet....

Finish is pitting; nozzle is cracked; hose is shredding
We’ve had this faucet for a few years. It works well enough, but now the head leaks, never stays in all the way and there is some pitting in the finish. It’s obviously too late to return so we’ll look for a new brand altogether.Update: I am coming back to edit this review to warn everyone away from this faucet and brand. Our faucet had been leaking for a while (probably a year). It was one of those things we would constantly try to fix, but nothing worked. Recently we realized that the inside of the faucet had cracked. No, we did not tighten it too much. It started leaking on its own one day.We also have an issue with the faucet head rarely staying all the way back in after we pull it out to spray around the sink. Well, it seems that every time we pull the head down part of the hose gets shredded. I'm constantly cleaning up debris under my sink that has shredded off of the faucet. This is not due to the hose scraping against the sink or the counter, all of the shredding is happening inside the faucet neck. It's a serious design flaw. At this point, I think it's only a matter of time before the hose starts leaking into my cabinet. Clearly, we'll be purchasing a replacement but DEFINITELY NOT THIS BRAND.

Nice Faucet. Easy Install
I read all the previous reviews mostly stating the supply hose issue size an the need for fittings for adapting.Apparently changes were made and the kit is updated and modified. This was nice.It does come with supply hoses marked HOT and COLD ad they thread into the faucet assembly. The other end is standard 3/8" connection to a supply valve.Installation was easy. You just have to adjust the lines as you pass through the sink opening. In order to put on the threaded nut, you must unscrew the plastic adapter for the sprayer otherwise the nut will not pass by all the hoses. The directions seemed clear to as others said they were poor. The weight location for the sprayer is clearly marked. The existing plumbing set up under the sink tends the lightly interfere with the weight a bit. but that would be mean revamping. Not going to happen.Quality appears good and sturdy. Will see how it performs in the coming months.I would recommend this product/

I love my faucet (and didn't think that I would as much!)
I love it. Looks beautiful and great price.I have this faucet installed (for over six months now?) and using every day.To resolve the issues that some others have reported, regarding the threaded base length (under counter) being too short:I used the multi saw tool (Dremel type) to cut away small amount of the plywood base under the granite slab. This allowed the nut to fasten down to the granite and the faucet is secure. I have not had to retighten at all. Also, I used the nut from my old faucet because the person assisting me said that it would work better (as a wider area.)The counter balance weight for spray hose works well. I have had no issues with that and have not had to adjust it at all.The only thing that I do have to do occasionally is hand tighten the little handle lever (it screws in and so can screw out, too, depending upon use.)I needed a new faucet in a hurry and had not planned to select and purchase a new faucet at this time. I was able to get this delivered quickly (immediately) with Amazon Prime and did not spend a bunch of money.I definitely recommend for value and quality and appearance.

Spray Function broke after about a year....
The spray button/feature stopped functioning after about a year. UGH!!! Hard to contact the company since it's in China. I will see how the company backs up the product and will let you know. UPDATE: It's been a week and I haven't heard anything from the company. This is the second Vapsint kitchen faucet I purchased. The first had a better on/off spray button than the one I received in the second one I purchased when I had moved and had a second kitchen upgrade to do in about a year. I knew immediately with the newer faucet that it wasn't as good, less than responsive to turn on or off the spray. Now, spray is non-existent. Again, did not hear back from the company at all.

No water pressure
We have had this faucet installed for 8 months and it is already giving us issues. We have to push the button 4-5 times every time we want to switch from spray to stream before it actually does it. Then when we finally get it switched over the water is barely coming out. We have good water pressure in every other faucet in our house, and when we hold the button the water comes out faster. As soon as we let go of the button it slows down dramatically. It looks nice and I was really happy before this, but now I am wishing we had spent money on a nicer model.

Useful installation info
This faucet is a great value for the price. I've used it for a couple months now and it has held up fine. The fit and finish is pretty good. Not rock solid but performs well.As others have said, this unit has 1/2" female NPT couplers on the hot and cold supply lines. Typically in north america we use 3/8" compression fittings. I had to search a while to find the correct plumbing adapter and it's actually available from Amazon as well. For your convenience, it's the Lasco 10-0013, http://www.amazon.com/10-0013-2-Inch-Compression-Connection-Adapter/dp/B000FHBI3Q , one needed for each side.
