Ok I was recommended this mask by my dermatologist because I have crazy cystic hormonal and just inflammatory acne. I wear it three nights a week after washing my face, and I think it works amazing on my skin and really calms down the inflammation especially. You apply a small amount to your face (It's not like a full coverage mask it will be somewhat sheer giving your skin a "blue tint" look) and leave it on for a few hours or even wear it over night. It dries pretty quickly and the only downside is the smell isn't the best- but it is so worth it to have clear skin IMO. In my dermatologists office and on their website this product retails at $45, I think that is still kind of pricey but my derm said it isn't prescription but it works like a medical-grade product.
