Omega 3-Speed Vibrating Foam Roller - Deep Tissue Massage, Workout Recovery, Physical Therapy, and Myofacial Release

I love this foam roller! The vibration makes all the difference. My whole family uses it. My husband has low back problems and puts it behind his back on a chair to loosen things up. He also uses it on his hip flexors and glutes which helps with the back pain. My son is a high school football player and track runner and he uses it all over. I use it for my carpal tunnel a lot as well as on sore muscles. It really helps to put it on high and press my forearms on the roller. We have a plain foam roller that we all thought was great, but once we got this one that vibrates, the other doesn’t compare. This vibration roller is sturdy and well made. I don’t know what the official weight limit is, but my husband is around 280 pounds and it works well for him. It has 3 vibration levels that meet all our needs. Also, the price is great. I found this one after a friend tried to get me to purchase the one he had that cost $200. I actually like this one much better because it has both smooth and bumpy surfaces to work all kinds of muscles. I highly recommend it!

I saw a trainer in the gym using a vibrating foam roller, he let me try it and I liked it. I went on Amazon to order it at a cost of $200 but paused to look at the reviews; there were plenty of bad ones -especially concerning poor customer service. When I searched for others I found the Omega 3-Speed and ordered it, got it the next day and fell in love with it. It's powerful, easy to use and does the job. Most companies over promise and under deliver and then make themselves invisible. This is one of those rare times when my expectations have been exceeded. Five Stars! Hooray! .

Got mine in two business days. All was accounted for and was fully charged on arrival. I'm a certified personal trainer so I've seen it all, but this was different. It really did feel like I was getting a massage. Didn't even need to venture on to the 3rd level of intensity before my back starting loosening up. This morning I woke up with no lower back pain for the first time in months. Last night, I just turned it on and rolled around in small movements on my butt, hamstrings, quads, and other muscles around my low back for about 15 minutes. The proof is in the pudding and I feel awesome. I can't wait to work out with no back pain!

I pulled a muscle in my leg squatting too hard at the gym, and thought I'd give this a try to relieve the tension and pain (I really don't like taking any kind of medication).It definitely helped me relax my muscles, and was just as effective as my normal massage therapist!The way I look at it, I bought an anytime massage that I can use daily (and my fiance' as well), that saved me the hassle of scheduling and paying for a massage every time I go too hard.Would highly recommend!

I bought this vibrating foam roller after I read raving reviews about how much more efficient vibrating foam rollers are than regular foam rollers. The Omega foam roller did not disappoint! The best features that I've found on this foam roller is the battery life, multi-surface texture, and vibration speeds. I find myself using this everyday for a week and it still doesn't need to be charged, I'm not sure how long it could go but if you needed to travel with it for any reason it would be a perfect fit! The multiple surfaces and varying vibration speeds really help me get the kinks out of my muscles more efficiently than any other foam roller I've used. It does have a firmer foam, which I was skeptical about at first, but have since learned to love after great results. I personally used it for my tight IT bands and it worked wonders!Although it may be more expensive than regular foam rollers, you'll see results in a much faster amount of time! 10/10 would recommend!

Works well. Strong setting is very intense

Rattles. I have had this vibrating foam roller replaced once because it had an annoying rattle. When I received the second unit the handle was very loose so I tightened the screws and it felt solid. However after about a month of use the newer unit also has developed a rattle. I purchased another brand/ model (at a slightly lower cost) vibrating foam roller and I am amazed by how much more solid and quite the other item is compared to this item. I would not recommend purchasing this item.

HIGHLY recommend. As a crossfitter, I need to make sure my muscles are loosened up and ready to finish every wod strong. The different levels of vibration intensity help so so much for the problem areas of tightness after working out too. Telling everyone and their brother about the Omega Roller!
