Hawaiian Plumeria Cutting 12" (yellow)

Cutting arrived in very poor health. Most of it was soft and looked to have fungus/mold. The cutting was not green at all.

The picture featured for sale is not what you get? the shows it to be solid yellow but it is actually yellow in the center and white on all the rest of the flower.

I planted as the directions stated and watered as directed and the stem became hollow. Very upsetting.
