- GREAT sound quality and volume.- Noise Canceling ability is very good.- THEY STAY IN YOUR EARS, the built in ear hooks are key. Put the headphones in vertically and twist them back a little and tuck the ear hooks under the upper part of your ear and they will be secure. I use them at the gym and they have never fallen out.- Battery is good for the price , charger case works well. Some people are saying that you need a fingernail to pry the lid off the charger case after you press the button. You can do that OR do this and you won’t have any problems. Hold the button on the charger case to release the lid , THEN WHILE YOURE STILL HOLDING THE BUTTON TURN THE CASE UPSIDE DOWN. The lid will automatically swing open and the headphones won’t fall out because they’re magnetically attached to the case.- Connection to my phone is super fast every time I turn them on. The connection doesn’t drop out of every 30 minutes either.- BIG PLUS. When you are talking on the phone you can hear the person through BOTH eardbuds. Also , remember to speak up and clearly when you’re on the phone. These earbuds are noise canceling , so your own voice will sound louder to you than it will to others and you won’t be able to tell you’re talking at a low volume because theses headphones are like ear plugs. So if someone on the phone can’t hear you it’s most likely because you are talking quietly.These are great earbuds and I’ve had them for a month now.If anyone has any questions I’ll be happy to answer them because i know the struggle Of finding good true wireless headphones (I’ve bought several different pairs). Great wireless earbuds. Small and light. Stay in ears securely. Sound quality is very, very good with the appropriate ear tips. Can’t beat the price for these earbuds. However I do have a couple issues:1. I have to use a little larger ear tips than those provided in the package in order to get a good bass sound. But the larger eartips don’t sit well in the well in the charger. Therefore sometimes it does not make good contacts with the charger. It would be perfect if the wells made bigger.2. My right earbud battery is weak. It lasts about an hour. I think it’s defective. The Left one is much better, about 2.5 hrs.Otherwise, I’m really happy with these earbuds. Highly recommended !

Pros:*Case design is fantastic*Charge light for left, right and backup case battery*Tiny pill shape with lid is very convenient*Multiple charges without plugging in*Sound is really good when using a tip that seals your ear canal. If you have no bass, you need a larger tipCons:*No XL tip. Had to purchase a set from amazon and trim the center flange for it to fit in the case*Battery life is not 4 hours. First run got 2 hours. The good news is that they charge quick*Right ear always dies well before the left ear. Battery says 20% but right ear completely shuts off saying dead battery*Shape: Because of the shallow connection on the inside of the tip, these sit very deep in your ear. This causes the triangular shape of the piece to push against my ear. Using a tip with a longer center makes them more comfortable but they won't fit in the charger.Overall, its a solid set. But the battery life would prevent these from being convenient for longer flights. The comfort isn't the best but its much batter than a wire on the back of your neck. The case is the winner of this set and should get design of the decade! Easy charging, the extra battery life in the case works flawlessly. I have used them on and off for a week while at work and I didn't charge the case until the end of day 4.

I loved these when I first got them. The sound quality was really good for the price they are the most comfortable earbuds I have ever had. Within about two weeks, the left bud had a crack that appeared in the casing. A couple of weeks later the right one had a crack in almost the same place. Now both of the buttons are a little mushy and it can take a second to get them to power up. There have also been a couple of times where the left one has suddenly had a huge amount of distortion, which then cleared up as soon as I tapped it. The battery life is great though, I use them one at a time and get around four hours per side. I have never had both ear buds and the case run fully out of battery.

Loved almost everything about these headphones after purchase. Extremely comfortable, good sound quality, decent battery life, and a sleek recharging case. These were my favorite headphones that I owned and I used them every day... until they broke about 6 months after I got them. The recharging case stopped working and the LEDs on it would flash randomly leaving me with dead headphones and no way to recharge them. Frankly for the money spent on these I would expect them to last longer than 6 months.Overall, a great purchase if you're willing to continue shelling out more money for new headphones every 6 months when these inevitably break.

I really enjoy these ear buds. They fit very well for me and stay put with moment and sweat as I regularly use them while exercising. There are three size options (S, M, L ear fins and buds). They hold a charge for at least a couple of hours, which has been enough for me. Especially when placing them in the charger box/carrying case hold several charges, no problem. I recommend these for a quality, economical set of bluetooth ear buds that come with a convenient charger/traveling case.Customer Service: The microUSB port on my first charger box broke.
