1/35 US M4A3E2 Jumbo Sherman Tank

I got this product to take care of annoying solder jobs and possible permanent jewelry. The first thing I soldered was an old paper thin silver bangle I could never put back together. To my surprise this thing worked, but it also destroyed a section I attempted at afterwards. I have yet to try a chain, but from how it's starting it might not turn out well.Also, wear goggles and rubber gloves. I didn't and regret it. This also produces a lot of heat, so your customers will need something to cool them down, maybe a non flammable jelly or a wet napkin.

Poor quality welds. Was warned not to get this welder but I didn’t listen. My loss :-( Save your money and don’t get this one!

The unit had a failed solder joint on the probe center electrode. I took the probe apart and re-soldered the power lead. Function restored.You have to experiment to understand how the power and time affect the weld. It produces consistent welds. Keep the electrode sharp as the sharpness does change the results.I did some extra sealing on the argon path in the probe just to reduce the losses, again effective.I have been welding stainless steel, and did some tests on aluminum (6061T6), impressive.

If you're here because you're trying to find a good price on a piece of equipment for permanent jewelry, just buy the name brand one. The inconsistency with this machine will not make for a smooth client experience... if you can get it to weld at all.

Missing parts, and parts that do come with machine dont match the instructions.

When I use this item I just met some setting problems when I went through the customer service she sent a video to me timely the machine is working great now,I love it,just buy it.
