I was very happy when I received this in the mail. I was worried it would come in an envelope and get damaged. It arrived in a thick cardboard cylinder very well protected. That let me know right away that this is not some fly by night foreign company that you often find on Amazon. When I opened the tube I found the decal perfectly cut and shaped to fit the slider window of my truck, a hard card/squeegee and a discount code for a future purchase. Before I installed the decal, I cleaned the window really well. Then I sprayed the window with soapy water to aid in the install process. This allowed me to “fine tune” the decal into the perfect spot without messing up the adhesive. Once it was in place I used the provided hard card to smooth out and push the water to the edges. I allowed it to set up for a few min then carefully used a heat gun to increase the adhesive properties of the decal. I slowly and gently pulled the transfer paper from the face of the decal and used the Soft end of the card to push the decal on the glass. Once paper was removed and decal fully set on glass, I used the squeegee again to press out whatever bit of water was still under it. If you don’t have patience or don’t take your time, it will definitely show on the finished product. I recommend the soapy water method even though the instructions don’t mention anything about it. Just take your time and you will be all good.

The product is good but the company sends a card to scan for directions instead of putting directions in the box. Not everyone has or wants a cell phone. I had to order a second flag because of the lack of directions. It would cost them pennies to put directions in the box instead of a card to scan.

This is my second one. The first one they sent went up inflames. Wouldn’t stick at all. I contacted the seller and they were great. They sent me another one, no questions asked. Took several days but I finally got it. I installed it Sunday morning weather was low 70’s. Cleaned the window, used the alcohol prep pad that came with along with the credit card applicator they sent. Went to the website, read the instructions twice. With in seconds of starting, I could smell the flames. Again, wouldn’t stick. I got the wife’s hair dryer and immediately began heating it up. After about and hour of heating and rubbing, I finally got it on. Probably wouldn’t buy this again nor recommend it.

American flag has 13 stripes this has more. You will have to trim the flag on the right side so prep for that. Mine doesn’t look good because it didn’t want to stick or transfer what ever you want to call it. It’s not you it’s the decal. Never had one tear on install but this did. Was just using the tool supplied. I had cut off the extra strip so I used it to replace my torn one.

Sticker itself was very sticky. Getting it to adhere to the clear vinyl piece prior to install was nearly impossible. No matter how many times I followed their directions to squeegee it beforehand, it never wanted to stick fully. Ended up messing up the sticker slightly due to this. It might have been user error, but I am typically pretty good with things like that. I don’t want to say it was a bad product, I just didn’t have a very good experience with it.

I love this decal on my f-150. I found it pretty easy to install. I used a hair dryer like the instructions said just to be safe. Looks great and seems to be durable. I’ve washed it a few times now and it’s withstood opening and closing the rear window.

Still rocking this on my F150 after months. Looks good after many car washes. No peeling or fading.
