Ergonomic Office Massage Chair, High Back Desk Chair with Adjustable Height, Ergonomic PU Leather Computer Gaming Chair (Black)

I needed a good supportive chair for long hours at my desk. This chair is more gimmicky than useful. It came with heat, massage, and what I thought would be good support and ergonomics. This chair lasted literally 60 days, just long enough not to qualify for Amazon's A-Z guarantee. The chair will not rise or lower, pneumatic seat height adjustments completly shot. The back tilts without warning making my work time a nervous test of endurance. I also had to purchase a Lumbar Support Pillow and cushion for this piece of crap. Contacted seller and they emailed me requesting picture and more details, which I sent and here I am weeks later with no further follow up. And to add insult to injury, one of the wheels broke off and sent my 160 lb teenager tumbling. Now for sure, I will be spending another $200+, and hoping a sledge hammer to this chair will give me some satisfaction, because I won't be getting any from Amazon or this seller. Avoid at all cost, and save yourself the grief.

I'm a big guy, was hoping to get massage rather than vibrate. Description should say Vibrating Chair rather than Massage Chair. However, the chair itself is comfortable. Heat option is nice, though I rarely use the vibrate and heat options. Wish it didn't have to be plugged in as I roll around in my work area a lot and the cords are in the way (was hoping it was chargeable). So I just keep it unplugged, don't use the features, and am just using the chair itself.

Semi easy for a blonde to put together. Had it since Christmas and I’ve had to retighten them but overall we enjoy it.

We purchased this chair in September of 2018. The chair did not hold up well at all. It leans to the left and will not stay in the height position selected. Very Disappointed!!!!!

The heating function is great in the winter time. I sit for hours at a time, the chair is quite comfortable.

The chair is comfortable. Massage is vibrating, which I expected. Heat could be a little better, but it doesn’t bother me. Mine came with a bum right arm rest, but Orihat helped me out right away when I asked about a replacement. I was offered a small refund and a replacement arm. Couldn’t be happier. Thank you!
