Good quality silicone molds for ice, chocolate and more, oh my!
I've purchased all the silicone trays made by Sillycone. I've used the numbers tray once using chocolate chips. Very easy to use. Love that it's safe in the freezer, oven AND dishwasher. Not many silicone trays are advertised for much more than ice making. I've only used chocolate chips with these trays. The letters come out quite thick, so I think it's good for cakes but might be too big for cupcakes. I do recommend buying the Prepare bottles, which are microwave safe, so you can melt the chocolate chips inside it, plus the tip is the perfect size to dispense directly into the tray.I wish that Sillycone would make the mold backwards and shallower. Those are not deal breakers considering there are not many choices in the market, besides some for fondant making. I would recommend these to friends and family. Heck, it would be a cute birthday or Christmas gift for baking friends or for nieces and nephews. Lastly, make sure to check out the photos that I uploaded. Hope this helps!P.S. I also bought one more numbers silicone tray from a competitor (Lekue), which allows the numbers to stay on a cake. I have not yet tried it though. As for the other products (symbols and letters), Sillycone is the only option on the market, as far as I know.

Good product, but there were shipping problems.
When it finally got here (in transit for 24 days), this worked well for what I wanted. It is smaller than other ice cube trays, but the numbers are a great size. I will use it as a math manipulative for my grandson who loves to play with numbers and letters. We are starting out with a frozen paste of baking soda and water that we will react with vinegar to answer math questions. I plan other uses for it also, and it appears sturdy enough to withstand all of my projects. I downgraded it by one star because the seller uses the slowest possible shipping method.

Silicone Ice Tray
This product creates a fantastic mold of the numbers. However, it is now stained an unsightly shade of hot pink, due to crayon wax. I melted crayons in a glass bowl in the microwave then poured it into the mold. The red and pink crayons stained it the worst. Every other color washed out clean. Fantastic product, however. If the opportunity ever again rises, I would not go with a light color tray.

Cute and fun
This is a fun product. I purchased the numbers and letters molds. I made crayons with them for my daughter's Sesame Street party and they came out great. Make sure to fill it up. i didn't with the first batch and a couple broke but that was my fault. The next batches came out great. My son loves to just lay them out and make words with them instead of color. As in other reviews it would be nice if the numbers/letters were reversed in the mold so when it came out the "pretty" side showed but I knew to expect that when I purchased these. I can't wait to make more stuff with them!

Such a hit at our daughter's 3rd birthday party
My daughter wanted a "numbers party" for her 3rd birthday. That was a pretty broad theme that this sweet little numbers tray handled nicely for us. We started by making a freezer full of number ice cubes (well-loved by children and grown-ups), and then we moved on to making colorful number soaps for party favors. Wow, did those come out great - people thought we had them specially made! Now that the party is done, I plan to use this tray to make creative treats for play groups (mini-brownies and cookies), and I might even try melting wax to make number crayons. Love this thing!

The letters that came out intact were beautiful, but only about 20% of the jello letters ...
A total bomb for jello letters. I used Pam, but still wouldn't come out. The letters are so close together in the tray, that when I tried to get a letter or, the other letters would come apart. The letters that came out intact were beautiful, but only about 20% of the jello letters stayed intact. I hope it works better for other types of material. The letters on the tray are just too close to be able to extract them easily and intact. Definitely not recommended for jello letters

dont try to make jello with these
great idea, however these are impossible to use with jello. the jello overfills the numbers / letters and it is very difficult to get out of the molds.
