The first time I used it I had terrible flaking after about 2 hrs. I thought the mascara was defective so I threw it away. This company has awesome customer service and they sent me another tube. I LOVE THIS MASCARA, no flaking with it at all, long, well defined lashes and no clumping at all, also no flaking. Perhaps I initially got a bad tube or upon further consideration, I had been applying castor oil to my lashes at night, so perhaps I didn't get it all off before applying the mascara and that caused it to flake?
