Excellent mug. I use it every day for work and it keeps my tea or coffee hot for hours just as described. Very easy to clean and keep looking great. I especially love the gold/copper colour of this one. I purchased another one in the navy colour for my father who loves his just as much. Easy and comfortable to drink from. Exactly what you’d expect from thermos. Price is fair, quality items cost more money and you absolutely get what you pay for here. Would 100% buy again

The media could not be loaded. The product is exactly as described. It was delivered on time and without any problems. I already use this brand and I am very satisfied. I bought this for my husband. The color and quality of the product is nice but I haven't tried it yet. I don't know if it will leak. I gave one star less because there was a dent at the bottom, that's why. I will update again after trying it to see if there will be any leakage. Thank you

Best insulated cup I have had. If anything, it keeps drinks too hot. Made my coffee at 7.20 this morning. With the opener set to open all morning, it is still too hot to take large sips. Been using it for a good few weeks, and it is not treated particularly well, but only shows a couple of scratches.If you are looking for a mug that keeps your drinks properly hot for hours, this is excellent

This I my second Thermos flask of this kind. My first one lasted for several years getting used pretty much everyday, week in week out. Decided to get a new one as my original was all dinged up from years of regular use. I heat the flask with boiling water before making my drink then empty when ready to make my drink. This is how I've found to be the best way to get the flask to keep my hot drink hot the longest. I make my flask around 7:00am and it stays hot until the afternoon if I've not drank it all by then.
