The Good and The Bad
This posture corrector was something I was looking forward to trying to see if it would help me improve. The first time trying it on was cumbersome, and still is, since it says to loosen the shoulder straps before putting the belt on and then putting on the shoulder section as if you were preparing to carry a backpack. That strategy worked very well. HOWEVER, the next step was to tighten the shoulder straps once on. You would have to be a very flexible contortionist to do that and still it may be a challenge since the adjustable buckle is behind your armpit. Look at the picture of the guy wearing it on his skin. I had to get help to tighten the straps. If the straps are not loosened, it is very difficult, for me, to get them on without stressing my shoulders or getting cramps.Once on, I felt like it was doing what it was supposed to do. It doesn't "hold" you at the correct posture, it's more like it reminds you to straighten your back and pull back your shoulders. You can still slump with it on. But, the constant reminder did help me stay straight. HOWEVER, after wearing it all day at work, I noticed my skin started itching like crazy by lunch time, even though I was wearing it over a T-shirt. By the time I got home and removed it, everywhere the posture corrector was, my skin itched like crazy! This is the 3rd day of not wearing it and it still itches across my shoulders and all around my mid section where it was compressed. We just washed the apparatus to see if that stops it so I'll follow up this review after trying it after washing. I've had a lot of back support belts and never experienced any kind of itchy skin after wearing them, even when sweating with them in place. Maybe it's just me and I have ultra sensitive skin. It is definitely a unique situation.

Need clips to keep waist belt down
The waist belt constantly rides upward, which causes shoulders to have more room to roll forward so when I use them, I tie some string around towards the back of my belt buckle loops. This seems to hold it in place pretty well, but then that also causes a wedgy lol.

Fit size
I have only machined washed this product once and hung to dry, but the size doesn't fit the same afterwards. The straps should have more elasticity for prolonged use. Would also add the support should be a bit more compressed on the back.

Works but not comfortable
The support works great, however I could not wear it very long as it became uncomfortable and pain eventually returned

Wanted to like it but does not what I was hoping it would do
I really wanted to like this support brace because I thought it would be a good 2-for-1 kind of brace that would help with posture and back support. I haul cars for a living so I drive ALOT (11 hours daily) and I needed something that would help with sitting more upright and not slump down. Unfortunately it did not satisfy my needs. The belt around the waist does not wrap around low enough the waist to tighten up your lower back; it sits higher up closer to your abdomen. You can pull the belt down lower but it 1) rides up eventually and 2) starts folding on itself and this cutting into your body which is not practical (see pics of folds after only 2 days of use). As far as the posture portion around the shoulders, it was OK in terms of actually straightening the shoulders (pulling them back). The bands are easy to adjust and the chrome adjustment pieces stay out but you can only feel the tightness so long as the belt stays further down your back; when the belt rides up the shoulder straps lose the tension so you have to pull the belt down. I suppose those independent posture correction braces may do a better job (?) Because they may stay in a fixed tension longer. As far as the "copper" content/quantity, short of cutting the belt piece in half to see what's inside the belt, the whole product felt and smelled like any/all other neoprene belts I've used so far. Feels, stretches and loses its shape like any other normal neoprene belt so I dont see the "copper" wonder in this item.I will definitely not be keeping this product as it does not meet my needs. I would suggest separate braces for its individual purposes as this 2-in-1 belt may or may not suit your needs.

Choose your size well.
The design and use seems to be very good. It is hard to fit your self from the chart. I would recommend choosing one size above what seem appropriate. I chose the large size but I am considering the XLG size fits me better. The weakest area is the adjustment of the shoulder straps. The adjustment is under the arm pits, and awkward to reach without taking the brace off and putting back on repeatedly until you are comfortable. Once you find your sweet spot all is well.

It works good for relieving back pain.
I work as a welder and bend over a lot. I had a lot of pain between my shoulders in back. This helped with keeping my posture straight thus reducing pain in my upper back. The only draw back was that it tight around my shoulders. But it only took some time to used to it. The benefits of the relief of reduction in back pain way out did the uncomfort of the tightness in shoulders. I would highly recommend this for anyone who does any kind of work that requires them to bend over at the upper part of the body.

ATTENTION...no really, I can stand at attention!!!
Over the years I have own several incarnations of back braces. Most have been at least good for some sort of support but are often difficult to keep in place. This brace accomplishes this task by offering two types of support, including posture correction and lower back support. The lower back portion helps keep "tension" on the posture part. Many things that multitask often fail to perform one task even mediocre. Pleasantly surprised this is not the case.I work as a vendor and am in and out of my car and back and forth inside store which includes bending/kneeling/stopping and pain is usually there as I return vertical. While I can't speak for the abilities of the copper (I don't feel any less relief than others copper infused products I've tried and enjoy) but the fact that it does seem to be helping keep my back straight without being obtrusive, uncomfortable or painful in fact while the instructions say to start off with 20 minutes and work your way up, I have worn this thing for hours sans pinch or prod. I will sy though that it does get warm (which for the belly it hugs isn't so much a problem but a bonus in my opinion). Just don't forget to wash it.

Pain relief belf
This pain relief belt is very nice and comfortable specially for office guys. It corrects our sitting body posture and removes back pain and shoulder pain as well. I'm really very satisfied with this product.
