Cinnamon, Ceylon (Powder)

Ceylon Cinnamon is considered 'true cinnamon'… and it is delightful. It's still the familiar cinnamon taste, but there's also something different about it. My first thought when I sniffed the stuff was that it smelled like cinnamon gum, and not a frozen cinnamon bun. It just has a higher quality taste to it. It's stronger, but not too strong. I can't see using any other cinnamon again, except for bug repellent around the windows. :)

Great filler free cinnamon. I use it to lower my blood sugar. 5 stars!
