Q: the capsules are entirely to big to swallow how else should i take them?

If anyone has trouble swallowing capsules, there are 2 different tricks you can try. The gel caps are very small and easy to swallow, but the dry gelatin caps are a bit bigger. The key to swallowing these is: Once they are in your mouth with the water, lean your head forward, not backward. These are light capsules, by leaning your head forward the capsule floats up to the back of your throat, and then you swallow. The second method, which can be combined with the first one or used alone, is to put the water in your mouth first, then add the capsule. That way the capsule does not get a chance to touch your mouth.

Q: will this be good for 13-14 years old girls?

Yes! I bought these for my 14 yr old granddaughter and she won't go without them! Her face has cleared up better than with any face wash and she is not tired anymore when on her period. I'm an RN and the vitamins in the pack can also be depleted during menstruation, so this has helped her in both ways. Her skin is beautiful.

Q: For those of you who took these in 2015, are you still taking them and have they continued working?

I've been taking them for at least 3 years. It still works for me. Whenever I stop, my cystic acne comes back. I also use Boiron calcarea sulphurica. That helps a lot too.
