... to the Lord and then to my friend who recommended this product
I have to give a praise report first to the Lord and then to my friend who recommended this product. My daughter's ferratin levels were dangerously low at the beginning of this year. We tried childrens vitamins with iron but that did not work, in fact it got even lower next visit. A friend (whom I believe the Lord led to me) recommended this product and said it worked for her. So thinking I didn't have anything to lose, I ordered and tried it. Gave it to my daughter faithfully every morning 1 hour before she would eat breakfast. I simply mixed it with orange juice as it says vitamin C helps it absorb better and best on an empty stomach. Not only did her levels come back up but they are well within the normal range now and she feels SO much better. The only problem is that I have to order it from UK because I have not found it in my local stores in the US. We ran out for about a week and she could tell a difference in the way she felt....so now I just make sure I have a backup box on hand at all times. I am so thankful for this product!

Highly recommend!
I’m severely anemic. My doctor told me to stop wasting my time with iron pills as they’re not as affective and constipate you. The liquid iron abodes more into your bloodstream and it doesn’t upset your stomach or cause constipation. This stuff really works. When I start feeling really sick and light headed from being so anemic, I put this liquid iron into a glass of emergency-c and drink it. Tasteless and fast acting. I will continue to buy and recommend this stuff.

Really works. Anemic girl verified. Watch your blood pressure though!
I love these. I'm anemic despite my diet, but had given up on bringing up my iron levels. Please consider this if you have anemia, I recently found out it can actually cause long lasting problems (like with your heart) I never thought it was a big deal but it can be!I recently had a menstrual period that lasted a full month due to birth control. I realized that if I was anemic BEFORE, lord only knows how bad it was because of that.I've been taking these every day with orange juice. As you're drinking it with orange juice you can't taste much of anything. There is a bit of an aftertaste but I just drink water right after and it's fine. I will say, DO NOT taste it on its own. The orange juice lures you into a false sense of security of how this stuff could taste.I always blacked out for like 5 seconds whenever I stood up. Always had cold hands and feet. Easy to fatigue when walking up stairs etc... I just assumed this was part of life.Since taking this (it's been like 1.5 weeks I think?) It's already improved. I can stand up super suddenly and I don't black out. It's incredible. Has definitely helped with my cold hands and feet, but hasn't gotten rid of them entirely. I have a lot of chronic health problems which contribute to my fatigue but this has definitely improved that as well. The cons: BE CAREFUL IF YOU HAVE HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE. I monitor my blood pressure for my health problems and have low blood pressure (avg 95/65 ish) and this has brought it up. Now I sit at about 100/80. Not a huge systolic difference, but big diastolic change. So if you can, just check your blood pressure on this.Since taking it I also get crazy vascular sometimes. With low blood pressure my hands don't get much blood. But now sometimes my hands get warm (like normal people temp) and my veins are visible. Makes my hands feel kind of 'full' because of the blood. Not a huge deal, just weird to get used to.

Effective, Easy Digestion, Get Green Apple Flavor
I have had anemia my whole life and struggle to find iron products that actually 1)work 2)don't make me sick with constipation, nausea, black stool and even sweats. I've tried several types of supplemental blood health products as well as conventional over-the-counter iron. The best supplement I've found used to be Hemoplex liquid gels until they started to make me nauseous and constipated, even when taken with food. After I lost tolerance to high dosage iron supplements, I turned to Spatone. It's effective, I can take on an empty stomach, and they taste nice. FYI get the green apple flavor, the basic one tastes like a copper penny.

Great product
My wife iron levels are very low however iron tablets upset her stomach and she cannot take them, the only alternative is injections at a hospital which apparently are not very pleasant, so we decided to try Spatone and fingers crossed it seems to be working so far. Will know better after the next blood test

Super easy to take
These are great and so easy to take, I suffer with coeliac disease and have pretty low iron generally. I do not like taking the iron tablets from the doctors etc as they cause constipation, these however do not and it’s simple to take one in the morning when I wake up, it helps they have apple flavour too as iron is best absorbed with vitamin C, a simple and effective and product that is easy to take

Iron Woman!
After 3 years taking iron pills, couldn't anymore. Another 3 years taking iron syrup, ditto. So, Spatone to the rescue!I lace my juice with it (one sachet daily in Innocent's Apple (with a generous dash of powdered ginger) or even better, Summer Fruits. The first sip is metallic and a bit yukky but then it either blends in or you get used to it, idk which.I'm not due another blood test for a while but as far as I can tell, it works well enough (despite dosage not being as high as prescribed iron) and doesn't make one feel sick after.Recommended.

An apple a day...
Without the apple it tastes like licking a climbing frame. With the apple it is almost pleasant. Worth every extra penny and cheaper on Amazon then Wholefoods or whole pay cheque.

Easy on the stomach and natural
I love how I do not have to add orange juice to these compared to the original supplement. These were recommended to me by a midwife last December after being anemic throughout my pregnacy and hospital prescribed iron tablets did not agree with me. These are easy on the stomach and I like that they are naturally sourced, not manufactured tablets. I have recommended Spatone to MANY friends and family who also suffer from tiredness anemia and ones who are pregnant.
