Had an issue with my unit, company actually help me through it 100% almost a full year after purchase! Absolutely above, beyond, and AMAZING!! Thank you guys so much!!

Works great, other than some minor annoyances. Calls are clear, minimal delay, and a comfortable fit. The audio from the microphone is also clear and has solid noise cancellation, making it nice for the person you're on call with to hear you clearly. Pairing is fast and connects quickly. There are two issues I have with the device. Tt has an unusually long time to hold the button to turn the device off. And sometimes it simply refuses to turn off without several attempts. My other issue is, as far as I can tell, there's no way to prevent the device from turning on and pairing when removed from the charging case. This makes it impossible to use mid call. You'll be forced to the device connecting midway holding it and trying to put it on (which itself takes some time to turn correctly from the folded position it sits in while charging). It also makes it very frustrating to charge the device, then remove it to carry with you to use later, only to find out it has been on the entire time and has run the battery down (as well as unable to hear your phone making any sound since the audio will route through the device, making you miss calls potentially). This is a massive problem in design, but perhaps I am missing a way to prevent it from turning on when removed from the case.

This headset is great! Crystal clear audio and so convenient since it is wireless! It charges so quickly in it’s case and you always know the charge which is remaining.

Plus, I don’t have to worry about my phone sliding around or cutting out while I’m driving. But where this headset really surprised me was at home — especially with my audiobook library. I can wander from room to room, tidying, cooking, or just pacing around in my happy little introvert bubble, all while listening hands-free. No dropped phones, no cords pulling at me, and no interruptions. It’s immersive and freeing at the same time. I’ve only had this headset a few days, but it’s already quietly revolutionizing my daily life. Whether it’s helping me enjoy long conversations without frustration or giving me more freedom while listening to my favorite books, this is hands-down one of the most useful and satisfying gadgets I’ve purchased lately. Highly recommended — and I’m still discovering new ways to enjoy it.
