Simply adjust size and use as table skirt.
I took the flag, along with some velcro to one of our brothers mom. Gave her dimensions and she turned it into a table skirt. Clips available on Amazon also. She cur off the gromet binding, cut the height to fit our table and sewed a hem along edge and velcro (soft cloth side) along top. We use it on our buffet table, It looks great.
