I only buy authentic Big Berkey
I only buy authentic Big Berkey because you get what you pay for. Big Berkey is made in the USA and stands by their products. They are tested and work to get impurities out of our water system. Even forced medications like fluoride. Europe has long since given up on adding F to the water system as it has been a proven toxin. Thankfully Big Berkey has an alternative for our drinking and cooking water for us.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING filters!
I've used a Berkey Light water system but would never want to be without these arsenic/fluoride filters too. You can live without food for a while but water is the most important thing you can do for your family. This is an amazing company. MAKE SURE you are buying AUTHENIC BERKEY filters and not the fakes that look exactly the same.

Excellent..
I live and travel fulltime in my RV and couldn’t live without my Berkey. I take it into homes if I am staying someplace other than my rig, into hotel rooms — anywhere I will be where water is that requires more than one water bottle refill. The Fluride/Arsenic filters take a lot of stress and worry away during travel times because each state has different amounts of what they allow into their water supply. With my Berkey I never worry about the safety of my drinking water. For people who may have complained about taste, I’ve been a user of this product for quite some time and from personal experience can say if it is not primed properly you will have some funky after taste. That’s user error though not the product.

The filters are needed to get rid of the chlorine and fluoride
You absolutely need these to get rid of chlorine and fluoride but the priming part of this was not so easy with my larger headed faucet. It was a bit messy. They could provide a better solution than that gasket or blue tube. It requires both hands and maybe more hands. Plus, not all the top black activated charcoal filters have the same length of screw threads, so the required 8 maximum turns to hookup can look different and not fit snugly.

Follow the directions and you'll be fine.
Others have claimed they have issues with getting these to prime and remove the "milky" production dust. We merely followed the directions and they were fine. Prime them first and you'll have no issues

Easy install and use
I thought hanging down inside would consume a lot of volume which would not be available to water storage. However, I have noticed that much volume is not a problem probably because the filters holed water which is filtered as the lever decreases.Because of our farming environment in Iowa, I feel better using these extra filters.That's my story and I'm sticking to it.
