What is the shelf life for this product?

As far as being in the fridge I don't know but I have had mine In the plastic pouch With a bag clip closing it. I've had mine in there for about 2 months Until it was gone. If it's closed good With least amount of air in IT should be fine for a long time.

This is an amazing product but I wish it was cheaper

This is an amazing product. It’s sweet and easy to use to make moon cakes. I wish it was cheaper but it makes a lot of moon cakes and saves time on making the filling from scratch.

Good, healthy sweet snack, kinda

I LOVE this stuff. I try to eat more beans, and when I want a sweet snack, this is perfect to reach for that meets that expectation. Beans, low fat, no cholesterol, high fiber but also high sugar. A couple tablespoons are enough for my sweet tooth, without worrying about fat and the other gross things in food.
