The post between the toes is very uncomfortable and the plastic part that fits over the foot cuts into my foot. To remedy the situation I wrap the post with a piece of gauze and place a gauze pad under each side of the top strap. It looks like HELL but it keeps the post and strap from digging into my foot. I only wear the flip flops around home so it's o.k. how it looks.It would be so nice if the sandals were made with a padded post and/or a soft material for the straps.......not hard plastic. Even better would be the soul made of leather so no need for the circle in the middle of the flip flop which can be uncomfortable. Soft leather or cloth upper parts would also be great. At $39 for the things, you'd think they would make something more comfortable!

uncomfortable
I'm disappointed with this item. The round disc I find to be uncomfortable so I don't wear them. Also, the fit in general is a bit snug for the size it is supposed to be. Mostly, though, it's the round disc that prevents me from wanting to wear these.

Great fit for me
Love my flip flops. I have narrow, thin feet, so wasn't expecting them to fit, especially sincethey are listed as medium. They are perfect. Since I need arch support, I don't intendto wear them around for hours. I thought I would sit in a chair, relax, read and ground!

Still trying to figure out if the grounding part works. These aren't as fashionable as I hoped. They are a little bulky from the side view.

Great flip flops.
I really like these for walking on the sand or grass. Walking on hard surfaces is sometimes more difficult, but I still wear them as I know the benefit I'm getting. I typically wear a 9, but size 8 was the only size available and they fit just fine.

Once you get used to feeling the round "pluggz" under your feet, they are fine. I only wear them to be in the house, so I would not know how they feel walking outside for hours. I do like the concept of grounding.

It's a great idea but the plastic between the toes and over the top in very hard and a little too flat.

I don't like them....
they didn't feel good on my feet. I felt tense wearing them, not relaxed of grounded, construction appears flimsy. disappointed. I returned them immediately.
