These shoes fit well. I read the other reviewers saying that the plug part bothered them so I was nervous about wearing these for long periods of time but I had no problems.For what it's worth I have a wide foot and these shoes were totally comfortable.In terms of the being "plugged in" part, I honestly haven't seen much of a difference. I was hoping to feel more grounded and get some of the benefits that others talk about from grounding mats (to a smaller degree) but that hasn't happened yet.I bought these at the same time I got these Okabashi Womens Maui Thong Flip Flop Sandals (Black, Large) - and because those have better arch support and I feel more benefit, I end up wearing those more.Overall I treat these as a regular pair of flip flops and I don't think they're worth it for a regular pair of flip flops.

I accidentally wore these for several hours of walking around a city (sidewalks, not dirt/grass). By the end I was limping - I had to take a taxi home a short distance it was so bad. The balls of my feet were so swollen (that has never happened to me before). If these are only meant to be worn for short periods of time, and/or on grass or soft ground, the manufacturer should include instructions about this.

The seller gave super service. My Pluggz run only slightly large, no big deal. However, the teeny metal and plastic circle on the foot strap is a highly ignorant, potentially health hazardous design. It bleeds metal into the wearer's skin that must be scrubbed off after a short wearing (the plastic is on top facing away from the foot). One has to wonder about metal leeching into the tender tops of the skin of the feet. I tried to remove these silly metal pieces but could not. MAYBE I can pay a shoe cobbler to remove them. The other crucial design problem, since these are SUPPOSE to be grounding thongs, is that in my right thong, the rubber plug is inset too deeply into the sole and therefore is not conductive to give the earthing benefits.

If you enjoy the sensation of walking around with a giant stone in your shoe, these are the sandals for you. Standing still reduced the excruciating pressure to some degree, but I usually expect my shoes to facilitate movement.

I wear these all the time. I wish the rubber was sturdier on them (I reallllly love my Havaianas, and these really don't stack up), but for the benefit of grounding, they're great. It you're used to flimsier flip flops from Old Navy or Target, you'll find these to be a little less squishy (in a good way). The plug in the middle doesn't bother me, like some people mentioned - sometimes it pops up if I'm walking over a lot of stone, but it easily pops back in. I guess the sensation of the plug could be a little unusual at first, but I didn't find it uncomfortable.

Tossed them. Thin soles the kept "catching" as I walked.

The plug in the sole gets very uncomfortable after awhile. Best worn on soft surfaces like grass or sand. Otherwise they're well made and cute.

They are okay. The round plug didn't bother me as it did others, but what I found to be almost painful was the part that goes between your toes. It's too big and I've found it a little hard to walk in them. I have other flip-flops that don't bother me at all. Otherwise, they are nice, and hoping that I will get used to them.

The customer service is quite unfriendly at Listen Brands LLC where these come from and takes weeks to get a refund so go through Amazon to purchase.

I am so sad that the only size 8 was in black! I would order gold and silver in a heart beat1I litterally do not take them off as Earth's magnetic field feels so healing...

These are my favorite flips. So comfy and they have grounding tech built in them! Now I don’t have to look crazy walking around barefoot😂 I can go anywhere in my pluggz!

These are not comfortable. The plug in the middle of the shoes pushes into the bottom of your foot. I’ll slip them off to step outside quick but definitely would t wear them out...

Great flesh-toned color and easy fit supplemented by earthing function of the plug feature for health benefits.

So incredibly uncomfortable to wear due to the plug. I wore mine for about 4 hours and had bruising and sore feet for a week. Terrible product in my opinion.
