yeah, these are totally par for the price...Not too heavy, pretty good. They come with rebuildable bearings, which i initially appreciated, but they come with the rebuildable bearing way too tight. You go to loosen it off so that you aren't giving yourself a hernia trying to pedal them (luckily i have the tools, otherwise you'd have to go to a shop). When you do this you discover that the lathe they were making parts on is truly a POS and the whole assembly is eccentric. So now the bike shop would return it to you the way that it was because the bearing was so tight to cover up the problem .I ended up dialing it in so that it was lightly loose for half of the rotation and slightly tight for half of the rotation, at least its in the middle of the range of possibilities... Anyways. These wheels work... but they are clearly very cheap so keep your expectations down if this is sall you can afford.
